Having a high security door is always a good start in terms of boosting security at your premises, but having CCTV in addition to this means you get evidence should a determined burglar break in. This then leads to the question where do you position the CCTV cameras? Some argue that they should be used as a deterrent, meaning they should be positioned in such a way that they are very clear to see, deterring a burglar from breaking in. Other people argue that this can be silly because the burglar then knows all he needs to do is break the camera or obscure it to avoid getting caught. So perhaps it’s best to position CCTV cameras out of sight. There are many different types to choose between, including very small ones so it’s easy to find one that can’t easily be seen.
